Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the RB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
there's this guy in the panthers huddle that has been making these things for a while but he is really getting good.
this is the latest one that he made for the panthers '09 offense.
for the '09 ...
everything i have seen and heard from this guy lets me know that there is a huge shift in the defenses mentality. last year the defense had a "bend but don't break" mentality but meeks is bringing a "find who has the ball a break ...

Draft Analysis
Round 7, Pick 5
Positives Stewart is a talented back behind a dominating offensive line. He converted an astounding 9 for 16 goal to go carries into touchdowns, logging 10 on the season. His 4.5 per carry average as a rookie was also excellent. Negatives DeAngelo Williams is a very good football player. Stewart will be hard pressed to log more than 200 carries unless Williams is injured. He is not a factor in the passing game for Carolina. Draft Strategy While I already have 3 RBs in the stable, shark leagues favor the RB position greatly. Stewart is the last guy on the board that I would feel comfortable starting on a more than bye week basis, and if Williams is not playing Stewart will be a must start sort of player. Round 6, Pick 1
Positives Tough runner that should get plenty of carries behind DeAngelo. More than just a handcuff; he plays a lot even though the Achilles Tendon bothers him. Negatives Out of practice now due to the Achilles tendon, but he played on it last year and put up pretty good numbers. Draft Strategy Good #3 RB, bonus points for being DeAngelo's handcuff, but will still get plenty of carries. (Contributed by: tlandavazo)
Round 5, Pick 9
Positives Plays on a run heavy team, 10 TD's last year as a rookie Negatives DWill is ahead of him in the time share, likely getting the lesser of the split Draft Strategy With LJ as my RB2 I was looking to get a RB3 with good upside to pair with LJ. Stewart provides that as CAR will run, and then run some more. Not sure if he will get to 10 TD's again, but he should see 10-12 carries a week with some goal line opportunities.
