Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the WR position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Is it more of a headache to be a defensive back attempting to stop Percy Harvin or to own him on a fantasy team? We may never know the answer. What we do know, is that Harvin is a difference-maker any time he steps onto the field, but keeping him there has proven to be quite a challenge. Harvin has yet to have a 1,000-yard receiving season and his best year with the Vikings came in 2011 when he was allowed to carry the ball 51 times, something that's not going to happen in Seattle. Harvin is shaping up to be a better player in real life than he is in fantasy, so temper your expectations when drafting him, at least until he proves us wrong.
