Kerry Collins has an under-rated arm, and is an under utilized QB in a run-first offense. But he fits the Titans system perfectly. He is simply a game manager and is asked to do little more than that. Collins receives an influx of talent at the WR and TE positions and should improve on his last years anemic stats. Nate Washington, Kenny Britt, and Jared Cook are all new weapons that should allow the Titans to have more confidence in their air attack.

Round 4, Pick 9
Positives Randy Moss. Jerry Porter. Lamont Jordan.
Collins has always had and arm and accuracy. Now he has a premiere target, Porter will benefit from Moss, and Jordan out of the backfield. With a good running game, it opens up the passing game. Moss opens that up completely, allowing Porter some space 1 on 1.
Probably should have waited longer, but I think he has the potential for a phenomenal year. Negatives Has been average at best in the past. But he is maturing. Draft Strategy Needed a QB, and wanted Collins. After Manning and Pep, I think he has the most potential.
Still need a 2nd RB, but of the ones I am seeing available, they will be there at 5. (Contributed by: Ed_Leduke)
