Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the DEF position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.

Positives They have some great playmakers - Ronde Barber, Simeon Rice, Derrick Brooks. They have a relatively late bye week (7) which will give you time to find a substitute. Play low octane offenses during weeks 15 & 16 (Bears and Browns). Negatives Ranked 25th in the league in return yards, and no TDs. Draft Strategy Not one of the top defenses, but still a solid one. I wanted the Jaguars D here, but they got taken one pick before mine. Bucs were the last remaining defense I thought was worth taking before round 15/16. (Contributed by: mf)

Positives Tampa boasted the top rated defense, allowing just 279 yards per game and cause turnovers and lots sacks.
Negatives The weakness for Tampa Bay is the special teams. Their punt return game ranked sixth, but didn't account for a touchdown, and the kick return game was rated 30th.
