Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the DEF position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Just in case you've been living at the bottom of Lake Washington, here's a news flash -- the Seattle defense is pretty good. First in the NFL in total defense in 2014. First in passing defense. First in scoring defense. Third in rushing defense. However, before you go running out to burn a mid-round pick on the Seahawks, consider this. Last year Seattle ranked 21st in the NFL in takeaways, 20th in sacks, and well outside the top 15 fantasy defenses in most scoring systems. See how your league scoring impacts their fantasy value before you overpay to obtain their services.
though. What a win. Glad they are letting the kid(DangerRuss) air it out a bit more. Can't play QB in this league without the full playbook and stretching the field.
Hah.. I love Richard Sherman's bravado and persona, but certainly don't want to ...
