Strength of Schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the RB position. The easiest rating is 1 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the most difficult rating is 10 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Helu had a promising rookie season in Washington where he put up 1,019 yards from scrimmage and caught 49 passes. Then the Redskins drafted Alfred Morris and Helu was relegated to pass catching duties, a job he did well. Helu has 73 receptions in his last 30 games. He's also coming off a 2014 season where he averaged 11.4 yards per catch and 5.4 yards per carry. Helu is an intriguing player. He'll begin his career in Oakland as a third-down back but if the guys ahead of him struggle, Helu's fantasy value will increase throughout the season.
