As the 2012 season wore on in Oakland things just seemed to fall apart for Moore. During the first eight games of the season Moore averaged 16.2 yards per reception on 30 catches with four touchdowns compared to 12.2 yards per reception during the second half of the season on 21 catches with three touchdowns. The promise of a better running game by new offensive coordinator Greg Olson and the addition of quarterback Matt Flynn along with the failure of Oakland to upgrade the receiving corps has Moore once again as the focal point of the Raiders’ vertical passing attack.
