Strength of Schedule
Strength of Schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the QB position. The easiest rating is 1 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the most difficult rating is 10 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Fantasy Analysis
Week 1 Projections
The 35-year-old triggerman knows offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan’s offense from their two seasons together with the Houston Texans (2008-2009), but Schaub’s arm strength has been slowly declining during the last few years. If pressed into starting duties, Schaub probably can keep the Atlanta Falcons offense afloat, but he’d be a weak streaming option.
Passsing: 7 Yards, 0 TD, 0 INT.

Season Projections
Coming full circle and returning to the city where he started his NFL career in 2004, Schaub is expected to operate as Matt Ryan's backup. Schaub, who is suiting up for his third different team in the last three years, knows offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan's playbook from their time together with the Texans (2008-2009), but the 35-year-old triggerman's arm strength and overall skill set have been in slow decline. In two 2015 injury-relief starts for the Ravens, Schaub connected on 65 percent of his 80 throws for 540 yards and just three touchdowns against four interceptions (two were pick-sixes) before injuries forced him to the bench. The impressively durable Ryan hasn't missed a regular-season game since 2009, so the chances of the Falcons needing Schaub's services under center are low. If he's pressed into starting duties, however, fantasy owners shouldn't trust Schaub as anything more than a marginal streaming option even with Julio Jones operating as his main target.

Passing: 106 Yards, 0 TD, 3 INT.
