Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the RB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Since coming over from the Chargers in 2012, Tolbert has used his versatility and bowling ball running style to carve out a valuable role in the Panthers backfield. He is the clear-cut goal line running back having carried the ball from the five-yard line and in 21 times over the last two seasons, scoring 12 rushing touchdowns. By comparison, DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart have combined for 15 carries from the same distance and scored once (Williams in 2012). Tolbert is also a capable pass-catcher. Tolbert will get his rushing scores but simply doesn't see the number of touches in a RBBC situation to elevate above a flex/bye week fill-in role for fantasy purposes.
