Fantasy Analysis
Week 1 Projections
Foster is considerable injury risk as he hasn't completed a full complement of games since 2012. While all indications are that Miami will give him plenty of rushing opportunities he is returning from a rupturing his Achilles tendon last October. Foster won't find much running room against the Seahawks stingy run defense week 1.
Rushing: 37 Yards, 0 TD.
Receiving: 2 Receptions, 19 Yards, 0 TD.

Season Projections
Foster is healthy and has signed a 1-year, $1.5 million deal with the Dolphins. There is $2 million available in incentives. According to Pro Football Talk, only $400,000 of the $1.5 million is guaranteed. Foster will get the other $1.1 million if he's on the roster for Week 1. Foster was not signed as a workhorse back as those days are long gone. The Miami backfield is a full-blown RBBC with Foster taking over the role of third-down back while being sprinkled in here and there in the running game. Ajayi should remain the main ball carrier on early downs with rookie Kenyan Drake pretty much a non-factor to start the season.

Rushing: 640 Yards, 4 TD.
Receiving: 35 Receptions, 345 Yards, 1 TD.
