Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the WR position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Savory matchup here but who's going to bank on Bowe with any degree of confidence? Perhaps in deeper leagues where viable lineup options are scarce, although we strongly advise caution. Bottom line is, he just doesn't play with the same level of talent anymore.
Bowe signed a big contract prior to last season but could not translate his big dollars into big plays in Andy Reid's ball-control offense. Even if the off-season rumors turn out to be true, that Andy Reid will allow Alex Smith to throw the ball down-field more, it will still only make Bowe's 2014 projections slightly less underwhelming than they would have been. Bowe has the skills to put up big fantasy numbers, but it is not what the Chiefs will ask him to do.
I have no faith in Matt Cassel, he stinks or is horribly average, QBs don't improve suddenly when they hit their 30's.
We need a slogan.
Like 'Suck for Luck'
'Starkly for Barkley'
'Sparsely for Barkley'
this is going to be tough......
It appears the Chiefs have little interest in signing Matt Cassel to a long-term contract before the start of the season. Or, more likely, Pioli lost interest in signing Cassel to a long-term contract once Kansas City's first-time general manager ...
I'm watching the Chiefs season get closer and closer to the trash can and I hate it. Losing to the the Broncos is pathetic. I'm angry so don't take this as giving up on them. I just can't believe that Tebow threw for under 100 yds and rushed for ...
Let me start by saying that I love Jamaal Charles. I drafted him in 6 out of 6 leagues last year and I watched every snap of every game as well. There is also a great possibility that Charles has 1500-2000 yards(or more) this season. Here is the ...

Round 3, Pick 7
Positives Improved as the season went on, has good rapport with his QB, and is team's clear number one option. Motivated contract year. Negatives Team upgraded the receiving group as a whole and I question whether he can score as often, but then again those were first round numbers last season too. Draft Strategy Thrilled to see Bowe in the third round. Taking Vick is not the hindrance I thought it might be, but we will see come the next two rounds! (Contributed by: Pat_Smith)
Round 3, Pick 1
Positives Target, Targets, Targets, Bow is among the top when I comes to targets (133 last year). Consistently over a 1000yds and on average will get 7-8 TD's. so a 80+ catch 1200yd 10TD year very possible. New Rookie J. Baldwin should enable Bowe to run with less double teams. I expect receptions to increase Negatives Cannot duplicate the # of TD's from last year Draft Strategy I went WR-WR at the turn rounds 2.12-3.01. I was Zeroed in on this strategy considering I think I gan get value at RB later and expect a mini run on receivers after me.
I wanted someone with a lot of targets (check), elite talent(check), and a good offense(check). I passed on Miles Austin who I also heavily considered, and Mike Williams (TBB). Mike Williams just doesn't get the targets and Austin appears to be target #2 in Dallas (behind Witten). So I went with #1 receiver Bowe. (Contributed by: Mad_Puppy)
Round 3, Pick 6
Positives With another year together and a few more pieces to the puzzle, I think the Chiefs offense should be a little more reliable and consistent this year. Addition of Breaston should only help keep Bowe from getting doubled. Negatives Can run a little hot and cold. Draft Strategy After going RB/RB out of the gate, I needed a decent WR and Bowe fit that bill. Not a stud but should perform at or better this draft position. [Blue 5] (Contributed by: Scoefield)
