Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the DEF position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
The struggling Tennessee defense is not a starting option. Since Week 11, the Titans have averaged just 1.5 sacks and 0.8 forced turnovers per contest. The Arizona offense, during the last month, allowed an average of three sacks per outing and committed an average of one turnover per game.
The Titans need Linebacker Colin McCarthy to step up in a big way. Like the Steelers, the Titans are not the defense that they were four or five years ago. The pass rush has devolved and the linebacking play has been up and down. Firmly entrenched in the matchup/plug-n-play tier for a reason.
