Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the TE position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
UPDATE 5/25/13: With Gronk going under the knife for another back surgery Ballard's 2013 outlook is on the rise.5/1/13: Ballard was a top 20 fantasy tight end in 2011, but injuries wiped out his entire season last year. Now Ballard finds himself stuck behind Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez on the depth chart for the New England Patriots. If injuries keep both those stars off the field then Ballard might have some temporary fantasy value, but the third-year pro is much more a potential waiver wire target than late-round draft pick.
