Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the DL position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Week 9 Projections
After the Tampa Bay Buccaneers somewhat surprisingly declined the fifth-year option on defensive end Adrian Clayborn, 2014 became a contract year for the former Iowa standout. Claborn had the best season of his career in 2013, playing stoutly against the run en route to 64 total tackles and IDP DL2 numbers. Granted, as a strong-side end, Clayborn isn't going to light up the sack column, but with end Michael Johnson now in town and tackle Gerald McCoy coming off a breakout campaign, Clayborn also isn't going to be seeing a lot of double-teams. In tackle-heavy and balance scoring systems Clayborn is a good bet for another IDP DL2 season, and top 20 numbers wouldn't be a stunner.
