Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the DL position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Quinn was the IDP breakout star of 2013 up front. After recording 10.5 sacks in 2012, Quinn went nuclear. His 19 sacks led the NFC. His 57 tackles were more than his first two NFL seasons combined. Quinn was the top-scoring defensive lineman in Fantasy Sharks Default IDP Scoring by over 20 fantasy points, the top 4-3 defensive end at Pro Football Focus by a country mile, and by rights the 23-year-old should probably have been named Defensive Player of the Year. It's important not to get so caught up in Quinn's huge 2013 that you overpay (he's never logged 30 tackles in a season before last year, much less 50), but there isn't a DL not named Watt we'd draft ahead of Quinn in 2014.
