Quinn had something of a breakout second season in the NFL, notching double-digit sacks playing opposite Chris Long with the Rams. The luster was knocked off that season somewhat by Quinn's low tackle numbers, making him something of a boom-bust option as and IDP DL2. However, if Quinn improves his play a bit against the run in 2013, a top 15 fantasy finish isn't an unreasonable expectation.
