Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the DB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Richard Sherman is widely regarded as the NFL's best cornerback, and you wouldn't get any real argument from us in that regard. However, IDP is another story, and too much NFL skill can actually be bad fantasy juju for cornerbacks. Such is the case for Sherman, who was thrown at 30 fewer times in 2013 than the year before. That in turn led to a 25% decrease in Sherman's tackle production, which caused Sherman to drop from third among defensive backs to 30th despite Sherman tallying eight interceptions for the second straight year. There's no reason to expect a big spike in targets for Sherman in 2014, and that makes the 26-year-old hard to trust as more than an IDP DB4.
though. What a win. Glad they are letting the kid(DangerRuss) air it out a bit more. Can't play QB in this league without the full playbook and stretching the field.
Hah.. I love Richard Sherman's bravado and persona, but certainly don't want to ...
