Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the TE position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
For one week in 2012 at least, Charles Clay of the Miami Dolphins was a startable fantasy option. Of course, it’s highly unlikely that many owners had Clay in their lineups for that Week 12 game with the Seattle Seahawks, where Clay tallied six receptions for 84 yards and a score. To say that represents Clay’s ceiling is an understatement, and unless Dustin Keller gets injured Clay’s fantasy value in 2013 is minimal.
