Season Projections
The Broncos possess a talent-laden defense, but Pete Prisco of CBS Sports doesn't think Marshall gets the credit he should as a key part of that formidable unit. 'The Broncos signed him to a contract extension in the offseason for a reason,' Prisco said. 'He is a perfect linebacker for today's style of game, a run-and-chase player who can cover but also can be an effective player in the run game. He doesn't get much attention on their star-studded defense, but he should.' Marshall is similarly underrated option in many IDP drafts -- a player available as an LB2 who has a legitimate shot at cracking the top 10 -- especially with former batterymate Danny Trevathan now in Chicago.
