Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the LB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
At 33 years old Larry Foote may be on the downslope of his NFL career, but his numbers in 2012 certainly didn't reflect it. Foote's 113 total tackles in 2013 were a career high, and the 12th-year veteran finished inside the top 30 linebackers in Fantasy Sharks Default IDP Scoring. It may be wishful thinking to expect a repeat, but if Foote plays every down again this year he should at least provide LB4 value that can be acquired cheaply in drafts.
