Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the WR position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Although his surprisingly huge Week 13 outing came way too little, way too late for a lot of fantasy owners, White apparently is healthy enough to rack up big numbers. Consider him a strong start against a Green Bay defense that gave up the third-most fantasy points to opposing receivers during the last month.
While this is the season that we’ll see a changing of the guard at wide receiver for Atlanta, it doesn’t mean that White is washed up. Far from it. White is one of the most consistent receivers in the NFL and while the attention will be shifting towards the high-light known as Julio Jones, the savvy fantasy player will very much appreciate what White brings to the table. Those in PPR leagues will appreciate the fact that White had five or more receptions in 12 games.
