Strength of Schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the RB position. The easiest rating is 1 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the most difficult rating is 10 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
He did not look right vs. the Browns, so we wouldn't read too much into his lackluster performance. The Seahawks are a tough opponent, but after a week off and given the alternatives at the running back position he should be starting for you.
Williams leaves Carolina after nine seasons to back up Le'Veon Bell in Pittsburgh. That job gives Williams more fantasy value than expected with Bell being suspended for the first three games of the season. Williams hasn't rushed for over 1,000 yards since 2009 and he's coming off a career-worst 3.5 yards per carry average last season. He isn't close to the player he once was but Williams will be a low-end fantasy option for the first three games while Bell is out.
