Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the LB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Patrick Willis remains the best linebacker in the NFL (he is...deal with it), but from a fantasy perspective his production has fallen off the past two years. Blame NaVorro Bowman, or opponents scheming to stop him, or injuries, but for the second straight season in 2012 Willis finished outside the top 20 linebackers in Fantasy Sharks Default IDP Scoring. So why is he still inside the top 10 you ask? Easy. He's Patrick freaking Willis...the risk is there, but so is top 5 upside.
