Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the LB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
For a time, it appeared that Henderson's IDP stock was on the rise, as the sixth-year pro looked to be in line to both start and play three downs at middle linebacker. The Desmond Bishop signing all but certainly squashed those dreams though. Granted, the Vikings have said that the starting job at MLB won't just be handed to Bishop, but if he's healthy it's realistically his to lose. That would leave Henderson back at WLB, playing two downs, and IDP waiver wire fodder.
