Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the DL position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
It was overshadowed by Robert Quinn's explosion last year, but Chris Long's 2013 season wasn't exactly awful. Long's 32 solos last year tied a career-best, he chipped in 8.5 sacks and finished 21st among defensive linemen in Fantasy Sharks Default IDP Scoring. Now, with rookie defensive tackle Aaron Donald joining Long, Quinn and defensive tackle Michael Brockers, the Rams have one of the most formidable and athletic (on paper, anyway) front fours in the National Football League. That should mean plenty of single-teams for Long, and it wouldn't take much of a bump in his IDP production to get Long back into the top 20 at his position.
