Strength of schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the LB position. The best rating is +16 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the worst rating is -16 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Week 3 Projections
Over the first five weeks of the 2013 season, Jerod Mayo appeared on the way to another fine fantasy campaign, ranking 15th in fantasy points among linebackers over that stretch. However, a torn pectoral muscle ended the 28-year-old's season six weeks in. Still, Mayo's teammate Rob Ninkovich told Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald that Mayo looked 'good' and 'explosive' in minicamp. In each of the last two even-numbered seasons Mayo has topped 140 tackles and posted top 10 IDP numbers, and while that may be wishful thinking a healthy Mayo is at least a solid bet for higher-end LB2 production.
