Strength of Schedule
Strength of Schedule is calculated from the opponents projected fantasy points allowed for the RB position. The easiest rating is 1 which gives the player the advantage against the defense and indicates an easy opponent, the most difficult rating is 10 which gives the defense the advantage and indicates a tough opponent.
Fantasy Analysis
Week 1 Projections
Danny Woodhead is getting to the age when most RBs are calling it quits, but he is still one of the best pass catching backs in the league. He could surprise, but most likely the Chiefs will focus on him and shut him down in Week 1.
Rushing: 17 Yards, 0 TD.
Receiving: 4 Receptions, 31 Yards, 0 TD.

Season Projections
Danny Woodhead, the PPR machine that just won't quit, is the other half of the conundrum that is the San Diego Chargers backfield. After catching six touchdowns through the air in 2015, Woodhead is back again to fill the RB3 spot on many fantasy teams and cause Melvin Gordon owners to continually lose hair and sleep. The question is: Is he worth a mid-round draft picks in non-PPR leagues, also? Seemingly, that answer is yes, as his meager total yards per year (266/year since 2013) is offset by his relatively high combined touchdown totals through the air and ground game, with eight in 2013 and nine in 2015 (2014 was essentially lost to injury). But a word to the wise: touchdowns are the least reliably replicable statistic in fantasy football and the "r" word (regression) seems doomed to rear it's ugly head eventually. Spend a late round pick on Woodhead if he's still available in standard leagues, and a slightly higher selection in PPR, but don't get greedy. The ceiling is decidedly lower here than possessed by other RBs.

Rushing: 350 Yards, 2 TD.
Receiving: 35 Receptions, 175 Yards, 1 TD.
