After making 115 tackles in 2011, Weatherspoon backslid statistically last year, due in large part to an ankle injury that cost him three games and limited him in others. However, last year's disappointments aside Weatherspoon is far and away the best linebacker that the Falcons have, and a return to health in 2013 should portend a return to solid IDP LB2 production for the fourth-year pro.
