Home / Marshall Williams

Marshall Williams

I am excited to be writing for Fantasy Sharks once again this season. I love all things related to the NFL and daily fantasy sports. Let's all have a profitable year together.

STREAMING DEFENSES: Week 17

Helmet_Denver_Broncos_1

Denver has gotten healthy on defense, and will disrupt the Raiders offensive plans. Derek Carr will return from injury to face a unit with a decent pass rush that is good in coverage. This is not a good matchup for the Raiders, and I expect the Broncos to not allow many points on the board.

DFS STACK ATTACK: Week 16

DE Arden Key OAK & QB Patrick Mahomes KC

Patrick Mahomes has the highest ceiling of any player in football, and has a great chance to reach those heights against the Falcons. Atlanta has an awful secondary and no pass rush to speak of, meaning Mahomes will shred this defense apart.

STREAMING DEFENSES: Week 16

Helmet_Tampa_Bay_Buccaneers_1

The Bucs take on the Lions this week, giving them a great opportunity to get back on track. Detroit is banged up offensively, and Matthew Stafford will be under constant duress; he’s not very mobile and should take multiple sacks.

DFS STACK ATTACK: Week 15

QB Lamar Jackson BAL

It was nice to see Lamar Jackson get some of his mojo back against Cleveland on Monday night. He managed to scramble for 124 and a pair of touchdowns, while throwing for a score as well. The passing yardage production still leaves much to be desired, but he was an efficient 65% in pass completions for the game.

STREAMING DEFENSES: Week 15

Helmet_Cleveland_Browns_1

Cleveland has the horses to pressure the quarterback, and should do so very effectively against the Giants and Daniel Jones. Expect the Browns to contain the Giants running game, forcing Jones into too many passing situations.

DFS STACK ATTACK: Week 14

WR A.J. Brown TEN/ LB Deion Jones ATL/ DB Kemal Ishmael ATL

A.J. Brown is a budding superstar receiver that continues to be underrated. Expect a big day against the Jags, who don’t have anyone to cover Brown. He missed the first game against them earlier in the season, meaning Jacksonville will be seeing his improved play for the first time.

STREAMING DEFENSES: Week 14

Helmet_Tampa_Bay_Buccaneers_1

Minnesota has found its stride offensively in recent weeks, but doesn’t match up well with this Tampa Bay unit. Tampa Bay has a great run defense and will be able to limit Dalvin Cook. Kirk Cousins will be forced to throw more often, which opens a path to turnovers and sacks.

DFS STACK ATTACK: Week 13

WR Allen Robinson CHI

Allen Robinson has performed at an exceptional level this year, especially considering the level of quarterback play he’s been dealing with. Whether it be Nick Foles or Trubisky, Robinson leads his team in target share on a weekly basis and has been very consistent in terms of production.

STREAMING DEFENSES: Week 13

Helmet_Chicago_Bears_1

Chicago faces off against divisional foe Detroit this weekend. The Lions are a mess, Matthew Stafford has a hand injury and Kenny Golladay has missed the past two games. Their offense has become vanilla and stagnant as a result. The Bears should have no issues limiting Detroit’s scoring chances...

DFS STACK ATTACK: Week 12

TE Darren Waller OAK

Darren Waller should have no issues against the Atlanta defense, who has given up the most fantasy points to the tight end position all season. Waller has eclipsed 500 yards so far, with 60 receptions to boot. This gives him a great floor, with an extremely high upside due to the matchup.

STREAMING DEFENSES: Week 12

CB Eli Apple New Orleans Saints

The Saints defense has been steadily improving over the last few weeks. Getting starters back from injury has been huge for them, and they are creating more pressure in the pocket as a result. A matchup against the struggling Broncos should help continue their success.

DFS STACK ATTACK: Week 11

WR Mike Williams LAC

Mike Williams makes for a nice GPP play. He’s a dangerous deep threat, and will get open against the porous Jets secondary. Him finding the end zone would not come as a surprise. At a cheap price and low ownership, a ceiling game from Williams would put your lineup in the mix for a nice payout.

STREAMING DEFENSES: Week 11

Helmet_Cleveland_Browns_1

Cleveland has a great pass rush and should have no trouble making Wentz feel uncomfortable in the pocket. Philadelphia has been turning the ball over multiple times a game as well, giving the Cleveland unit some nice upside this week.

If you like to spend up at quarterback, look no further than Aaron Rodgers. The Packers are facing off against the woeful Jaguars, and are the strongest favorite of the week. Jacksonville doesn’t have much positivity going for them lately..

Helmet_Philadelphia_Eagles_1

The Eagles will once again be taking on the New York Giants. Daniel Jones has established himself as a reliable turnover machine, tallying 9 interceptions and 6 fumbles this year. Philadelphia has a good defensive line, and should pressure Jones throughout the game.

DFS STACK ATTACK: Week 9

WR_Will_Fuller_V_HOU_1

The Flying V has finally managed to stay healthy this season, missing only one game so far. Jacksonville is surrendering over 30 points/game to opposing wide receivers, opening the path for a monster-game from Will Fuller.

STREAMING DEFENSES: Week 9

LB Jon Bostic WAS

Targeting the Giants and turnover machine Daniel Jones has been a sound strategy all season. Washington has one of the better defensive fronts in the NFL, and will have a plus matchup against the Giants. New York has a dreadful offensive line, and the Washington pass rush will bring pressure all day long.

DFS STACK ATTACK: Week 8

QB Ryan Tannehill TEN

Ryan Tannehill has proven to be worth the money and is having the best season of his career. With nearly 1,600 passing yards and a passing percentage of almost 70%, he’s a borderline MVP candidate if not for his teammate, Derrick Henry.

STREAMING DEFENSES: Week 8

Helmet_Kansas_City_Chiefs_1

The Chiefs continue to be on waiver wires, and should be picked up for this weekend. They are facing the Jets, giving them the highest floor of the Week 7 games. As always, the possibility of multiple turnovers exists with Sam Darnold, so scoop this unit up and lock them in your lineup.

New Orleans will be taking on Carolina in an NFC South divisional matchup. Marcus Davenport and Marshon Lattimore have had an extra week of recovery, and will be desperately needed in this contest. Look for the Saints to apply pressure to Teddy Bridgewater all game, resulting in a bunch of sacks.

DFS STACK ATTACK: Week 6

WR Justin Jefferson & Adam Thielen Minnesota

Justin Jefferson has impressed since becoming more involved in the offense, averaging a staggering 19.5 yards/reception. With the Falcons focused on Adam Thielen, Jefferson should have no issues handling soft coverage from a terrible secondary.

STREAMING DEFENSES: Week 6

Helmet_Washington_Redskins_1

Washington takes on turnover prone Daniel Jones this coming weekend. Their stellar front should be able to effectively rush Jones all game. The Football’s are entering a stretch of games that brings relief after a tough early schedule. Look for their underrated defense to have a big outing against the hapless Giants.

DFS STACK ATTACK: Week 5

WR DeAndre Hopkins Arizona

Hopkins has been everything Arizona hoped for, and quickly established himself as the bell-cow of this offense. He is seeing a whooping 11.5 targets/game, which is third most in the league. Hopkins and Murray have developed a great chemistry and the Jets have absolutely no one whom can cover him.

STREAMING DEFENSES: Week 5

Arizona_Cardinals_Helmet_1

A game against the hapless New York Jets should help this unit finally meet expectations. Sam Darnold has more bad plays than good, and now it seems like he may not even play. It seems inevitable he, or his replacement Joe Flacco, will commit multiple turnovers.

DFS STACK ATTACK: Week 4

TE Mark Andrews BAL

Mark Andrews is certainly pricey, but a deflated ownership makes the cost worth it. He and Lamar Jackson barely missed on some huge plays, and would carry more ownership had they translated to fantasy points.

STREAMING DEFENSES: Week 4

Any defense playing against Daniel Jones when he is forced to throw 30-40 times is a good start for your lineups. Aaron Donald should have pressure on him all game, meaning multiple turnovers are certainly possible.

Taking on a Carolina Panthers team without Christian McCaffrey spells good news for the Chargers' defense. Carolina has a pedestrian offensive line, which will allow the Chargers star pass-rushers to make Teddy Bridgewater uncomfortable all game long... The Chargers are an extremely safe floor-play this weekend.

DFS STACK ATTACK: Week 2

RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire KCC

Last weekend, the Chargers suffered another devastating loss due to injury. This time it was to their linebacking corps, as rising star Drue Tranquill was carted off the field with a broken ankle. Clyde Edwards-Helaire should be the prime benefactor of this, and in a big way.

DFS STACK ATTACK: Week 1

WR Calvin Ridley ATL

Calvin Ridley costs significantly less than Julio Jones, and has come into his own as a reliable play maker for the Falcons. He can easily eclipse 100-yards, and the potential for multiple scores is also on the table.
