CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 17

WR Garrett Wilson NYJ and Kyle Hamilton BAL

The Jets offense went stagnant the last two weeks with Zach Wilson at quarterback and no one suffered more than Garrett Wilson. All that is going to change with Mike White this weekend. White looks to Wilson early and often, giving the entire offense a boost.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 16

RB J.K. Dobbins Baltimore Ravens

He’s missed eight games this year, but has played the last two weeks and been really productive. J.K. Dobbins has 240 rushing yards and a touchdown during that span and has a good matchup on deck against Atlanta. He should see at least 15 touches this weekend and is a strong RB2 in the fantasy semifinals.

THE PROGNOSTICATOR: Week 15

RB Christian McCaffrey San Franscisco and LB Khalil Mack LA Chargers

Christian McCaffrey and both passing games are what you want to focus on in this game. This intra-division national game will be a wild one too and very competitive. The loss of Deebo Samuel for a few weeks hurts the San Francisco offense more than they know.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 15

Dallas Cowboys tight end Dalton Schultz (86) is tackled by Houston Texans outside linebacker Christian Kirksey (58) and inside linebacker Zach Cunningham

Dalton Schultz has scored double-digit fantasy points in four of his last six games and has three touchdowns. He is coming off a 10 target game and should be started in all formats in Week 15 against the Jaguars who give up piles of points to the opposing tight end.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 14

RB D'Onta Foreman Carolina Panthers

Foreman has been very productive ever since he was named the starting running back for the Panthers in Week 7. He’s a little banged up right now, but is coming off the bye and should be in line for a big game against the lowly Seattle run defense. A defense that’s allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs.

THE PROGNOSTICATOR: Week 13

WR Deebo Samuel SF

Miami holds one Ace in this game which will be their laser-like precision through the air, but San Francisco holds the rest of the deck. The Ace in Miami's hand may be enough to win the hand but San Francisco can make a lot more winners on the turn and the river.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 13

WR Courtland Sutton WR

Perhaps the only bright spot on the Broncos offense this year has been Courtland Sutton. He has shown up every week and made tough grabs but shockingly, he only has one touchdown on the season - mostly because of Russell Wilson taking a step backwards this season.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 12

RB Najee Harris Pittsburgh Steelers

Harris was shaping up to be one of the biggest busts of 2022, but has been resurrected the last two weeks. He had 99 rushing yards in Week 10 then followed that up with 90 rushing yards and two touchdowns last week. Harris has suddenly become a must start again.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 11

WR Terry McLaurin & TE Logan Thomas Washington

Terry McLaurin has been very productive over the last four weeks. Clearly, he’s enjoyed Heinicke under center way more than Carson Wentz and as long as the quarterback situation doesn’t change, McLaurin is a WR1 moving forward.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 10

WR Christian Kirk Jacksonville Jaguars

Kirk has been up and down this year, but has seen a lot of volume over the last three weeks. Jacksonville has Kansas City and their juggernaut offense this weekend so chances are, they will be forced to pass early and often. That bodes well for Kirk and his fantasy prospects for Week 10. Start him.

THE PROGNOSTICATOR: Week 9

QB Davis Mills and WR Nico Collins Houston Texans

Brandin Cooks, who should play well... wait, scratch that, now Brandin Cooks will not play and sounds to be upset that he wasn't dealt at the deadline to a contender. Ugh, here we go again. Nico Collins too won't play so that leaves.. well.. nobody.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 9

WR Keenan Allen LAC

Mike Williams and Keenan Allen are both expected to be out for multiple weeks so Palmer is going to be the number one receiving option for the Chargers by default. In Week 9, he gets a dream matchup against the Falcons, who happen to have the worst pass defense in the league in terms of yardage allowed.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 8

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith against Arizona Cardinals cornerback Antonio Hamilton

Trending Up Kenneth Walker III, RB, Seattle Walker has been on quite the run ever since Rashaad Penny went down with a season ending injury in Week 5. He has four touchdowns over the last three games and is averaging ...

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 7

WR Amari Cooper Cleveland Browns and Minkah Fitzpatrick Pittsburgh Steelers

Amari Cooper has been great for Cleveland in 2022. He already has four trips to pay-dirt and two 100-yard receiving performances in six games. Cooper has a dream matchup in Week 7 at Baltimore against a pass defense that’s allowing all kinds of yards to opposing receivers - expect a big game once again.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 6

WR Chris Godwin TBB

Chris Godwin has been banged up a lot of the season so far, but is coming off back-to-back games where he’s remained healthy and been productive. He gets a great matchup this weekend against the Steelers where the stars should align for him; expect at least eight receptions and his first 2022 trip to the end zone.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 5

WR Terry McLaurin & TE Logan Thomas Washington

McLaurin is still the uncontested No. 1 receiver for Washington and gets a much easier matchup in Week 5 at home against Tennessee. Brighter days are ahead even if his quarterback is Carson Wentz. "Scary Terry" should have a nice bounce back effort on Sunday.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 4

RB Cordarelle Patterson Atlanta Falcons

Cordarelle Patterson is on an absolute tear to start the season. He’s averaging over 100 rushing yards per game and has found the end zone twice. The only negative you could find is that Patterson only has four catches in three games which is low for him, but overall he’s been spectacular.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 3

WR Courtland Sutton WR

Sutton has seen 18 balls thrown his way over the first two weeks and is coming off 122 receiving yards in Week 2. With Jerry Jeudy banged up, Sutton should see the majority of the targets in the Denver passing game. The 49ers are a tough matchup, but Sutton is a must start in Week 3.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 2

WR Allen Lazard GB & Marshon Lattimore NO

Lazard was out Week 1 with an ankle injury, but is already practicing this week and is good to go for Sunday... After watching all the dropped balls and mis-run routes last week, look for Rodgers to give Lazard as many targets as he can handle - get him in your lineup for Week 2.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 1

TE Dallas Goedert PHI

Dallas Goedert turned into Jalen Hurts’ favorite target down the stretch last year and should see plenty of volume once again in the improved Eagles offense... Expect Hurts to take a huge leap forward this year - the Philadelphia offense will be exciting to watch in 2022.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 18

WR Jakobi Meyers NEP & CB Kendall Fuller KC

Jakobi Meyers has turned into Mac Jones’ main option in the passing game for the Patriots. He’s seen 36 targets over his last four games and has caught a solid 25 of those passes including eight for eight last week. Meyers gets a Week 18 draw at Miami in a game that the Patriots need to win to keep their hopes alive for winning the AFC East.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 17

Dallas Cowboys tight end Dalton Schultz (86) is tackled by Houston Texans outside linebacker Christian Kirksey (58) and inside linebacker Zach Cunningham

He’s not only been the security blanket for Dak Prescott, but also a trusted red zone target. That won’t change the last two weeks of the season with Dallas making a push for the playoffs. Dalton Schultz is a must start in Week 17 against Arizona.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 16

WR Michael Pittman IND & CB Pierre Desir NYJ

At worst Michael Pittman is a high-end WR3 for fantasy, but I see him putting up big numbers this week in what should be a high scoring affair against the Cardinals. He should be on the WR2/WR1 borderline in Week 16. Keep him in your lineup.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 15

RB David Montgomery CHI & CB Carlton Davis TB

David Montgomery finally gets a good matchup against the average Minnesota defense and should have a big game as long as the Bears don’t get down big early. Treat him as a high-end RB2 for his Week 15 game on Monday night.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 14

RB Dontrell Williams Tennessee Titans

In a dream matchup against Jacksonville in Week 14, Dontrell Hilliard has a lot of fantasy value. He’s a volume based RB2 and that should see at least 15 touches and find pay dirt once again.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 13

WR Brandon Aiyuk SF

Aiyuk has all the talent in the world, but really hadn’t been able to put it all together last year or early this year. Deebo Samuel is out for the next 1-2 weeks with a groin injury so Brandon Aiyuk is going to have even more volume and is a must-start this week against a bad Seattle secondary.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 12

QB_Cam_Newton_CAR_2

Newton is back as Carolina’s starting quarterback and has Carolina playing good football again. He’s coming off a monster 26-point fantasy effort in Week 11 against Washington; more can be expected this week against a Miami defense that has underwhelmed all season.

CORNER LOCKDOWN: Week 11

WR Rashod Bateman Baltimore Ravens

Bateman has turned into quite the reliable option in Baltimore over the last month. He’s seen a very healthy 28 targets in his last four games and is averaging around five catches and 60 yards so there’s a decent floor there. Unfortunately he hasn’t found the end zone yet, but that will soon change.

RB Melvin Gordon and QB Teddy Bridgewater Denver Broncos

Melvin Gordon has found pay dirt four times in the last three games and is coming off a 23 touch performance in Week 9. He gets a great matchup against the Eagles at home and should see a healthy amount of work once again. Start him.
