THE PROGNOSTICATOR: Week 7

QB Deshaun Watson HOU

Poor Deshaun Watson, if he only had a team around him or a defense. It's going to be a long year for Houston if they can't fix their run stop defense and with Aaron Rodgers and Aaron Jones coming to town, the sledding doesn't get any easier for Houston.

HITTING PAYDIRT: Week 6

WR Damiere Byrd and QB Cam Newton New England

Cam Newton is even money on Fanduel, but a bigger -150 favorite on Draftkings to score. I think he will be aggressive after having to sit due to testing positive for the virus. He will be hungry to score this week.

HITTING PAYDIRT: Week 5

WR D.J. Moore CAR

At +165, it's the lowest that Moore has been this season and I’ve lost on him multiple times this year at better numbers. This almost made me pass on him this week, but this matchup is too good to pass up. He should blow up one of these games so I would even consider him a candidate for two touchdowns at +950.

THE PROGNOSTICATOR: Week 5

QB Justin Herbert LA Chargers

Justin Herbert looks like the real deal and that's great for the Chargers' future prospects. When you look at the two quarterbacks in this game, they'll actually be evenly matched; Herbert on his way up and Brees on his way down, are going to meet somewhere in the middle.

HITTING PAYDIRT: Week 3

QB Cam Newton New England Patriots

Another player where the value is definitely on Draftkings as Newton is -130 on Fanduel. We don't like picking players where we have to lay juice, but Cam has been a touchdown machine so we will ride him while he is hot.

THE PROGNOSTICATOR: Week 3

Helmet_Houston_Texans_1

Here's the thing.. there are a number of teams that are already showing their stripes and Houston is one of them. This may as well be their Super Bowl here in Week 3 because after two weeks, the play has been horrible, the play-calling suspect, it's just a mess right now.

Miles Sanders returned from injury last week to reclaim his every down workload that we were hoping for…in a smash-spot here against a Bengals defense that has been tortured against the run, Sanders will have a very nice day carrying this depleted Eagles offense…

THE PROGNOSTICATOR: Week 2

QB Tom Brady Tampa Bay

Teddy Bridgewater won't be terrible, but this game is all about Tom Brady showing the world that he is far from done. It sounds like Godwin will miss this contest but it doesn't much matter, there are weapons galore in Tampa Bay.

THE PROGNOSTICATOR: Week 1

RB Marlon Mack IND

Jacksonville is in a tough spot. If what exiting players are saying is true, there isn't a lot of morale and that will show on the field. Indianapolis, in particular their offensive line and tandem rushing attack with Marlon Mack and Jonathan Taylor, is going to be way too much for the Jags defense to compete with.

NFL FUTURES: Win Total Over/Under – NFC

Helmet_New_Orleans_Saints_1

This is likely Drew Brees swan song, so I’m expecting Sean Payton and the Saints to keep the pedal to the metal all season long in order to get Home Field advantage throughout the playoffs. I feel very confident in this one. The Saints are going OVER 10 wins.

NFL FUTURES: Win Total Over/Under – AFC

RB Darwin Thompson KC

The Kansas City offense, on paper, is just ludicrous. Adding Clyde Edwards-Helaire to this team adds yet another dimension. Sure there are weak spots in their defense, but I just don’t see many teams keeping up with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2020.

THE PROGNOSTICATOR: Division Weekend

RB Aaron Jones and QB Aaron Rodgers Green Bay Packers

I know many that are skeptical of Green Bay but they shouldn't be. Seattle just isn't the same team without Chris Carson and while Russell Wilson is most certainly a dangerous foe, Green Bay will be able to run all day on Seattle which will keep Wilson on the bench, right where he can't do much damage.
