Week 15 is upon us! In case your not keeping track, the season is almost over! Now for us DFS players our fantasy football season extends well into the NFL playoffs – heck if there are two games playing there will be a contest you can join! Get in there and play, before you know it, it will all be over so don’t take any of the football we have left for granted. There are plenty of new players joining DFS contests over the next few weeks as they look for something to fill the void after their season long leagues come to an end so take advantage of these newbies and exploit the value plays!
Before we dive into our Week 15 DFS value plays lets hold ourselves accountable and see how we did in Week 14:
Jimmy Garoppolo QB, San Fransisco 49ers – 19.06 points
Jimmy didn’t have a monster day but his 19.06 points is far from disappointing given his price tag.
Dak Prescott QB, Dallas Cowboys – 29.58 points
So good to see Dak playing well again, his 6x return sure helped me out in several contests. I hope you took the plunge and started him in a few GPP’s too!
Samaje Perine RB, Washington Redskins – 9.20 points
Game flow and injury derailed this one but his 9.20 points still weren’t terrible for the price.
Lamar Miller RB, Houston Texans – 8.00 points
Huge let down this week. This is why he’s Lamar Miller…
LeSean McCoy RB, Buffalo Bills – 24.60 points
Ice bowl, snow bowl, blizzard bowl – doesn’t matter! Shady McCoy thrives in these games. Nice outing capped off with a game winning touchdown.
Kareem Hunt RB, Kansas City Chiefs – 25.80 points
Welcome back Mr. Hunt! With the Chiefs playing with the lead most the game he saw a health workload and look – the Chiefs won and he posted 25+ points! Who would have thought that could happen again in 2017?
Michael Crabtree WR, Oakland Raiders – 15.00 points
Well these Raiders sort of fell flat but Crabtree was just fine. He fell shy of our highest hopes but the 15 points is useful enough.
Larry Fitzgerald WR, Arizona Cardinals – 9.40 points
Not an abysmal outing but certainly a let down given what we know he’s capable of. Still, the 9.40 points probably didn’t kill you.
Marquise Goodwin WR, San Fransisco 49ers – 19.60 points
Jimmy G’s favorite target thrived as expected. I see no reason to keep him out of lineups even as his price starts to creep up.
Sterling Shepard WR, New York Giants – 2.70 points
He was questionable to begin with but ended up starting. He’s clearly not right and should probably be shelved until further notice.
Hunter Henry TE, L.A. Chargers – 15.00 points
He scored early and could have had a monster game. This game got out of hand quick diminishing Henry’s usage down the stretch.
Austin Seferian-Jenkins TE, New York Jets – 1.10 points
Big let down in this prime match up. With Josh McCown out for the season, ASJ’s cheap, streaming usage may be at an end.
