Aaron Rodgers -$7,400 – It is hard to tell what the breakdown will be Thursday for quarterbacks. How will the split be between Rodgers & Cam Newton? After those two studs, the salaries drop off significantly. I am going to trust Rodgers against the Bears on Thanksgiving night.

Tony Romo, Matthew Stafford, Sam Bradford, and Jay Cutler are all tournament plays that could easily hit value, but none are completely reliable. I would probably trust Stafford the most out of this group, but they all have question marks. I am not confident in Cutler if Jeffery sits and would not consider him if Bennett is out as well. I would roll with Romo or Stafford out of this group.

The salaries are cheap enough this week to have multiple top-level players in your lineup. Matt Forte ($6,800) is expected to be back for the Bears, but how much of the workload will be split between him and Jeremy Langford ($5,300). Langford is not a recommended play this week if Forte suits up.

There’s a wide variety of options all similarly priced, but if Ryan Mathews sits again, then DeMarco Murray ($6,100) should probably be in your lineups. Darren Sproles ($3,600) would also be in play. Darren McFadden ($5,500) can be counted on as the lead dog in the Cowboys backfield as he has been a model of consistency. The safest plays are Murray, McFadden, & Stewart. If you want to take a gamble, look at Eddie Lacy ($4,700), who ran well against the Bears in the season opener. I will probably fade Stewart since he has the best matchup on paper at a cheap price.
