FANDUEL: Under-owned Players – Week 3

Aaron Rodgers – $8,800 on Fanduel – Quick fact. The Green Bay Packers according to Vegas are projected to score the 2nd-most points this weekend against the Detroit Lions. Another quick fact. The Green Bay Packers aren’t projected to score the 2nd-most points this weekend because of their running game. Rostering one of the best QBs in the NFL after the whole nation saw him struggle on Sunday night football just seems right. DFS players are going to want to roster Drew Brees who is only $200 more on FanDuel, or Andrew Luck who is actually cheaper than Aaron Rodgers on FanDuel by $100. I highly advise GPP players to have a couple of lineups with Rodgers this weekend because it will most likely lead to a lot of points against a shaky Lions secondary that struggled massively against Andrew Luck, and Marcus Mariota in Weeks 1, and 2. Rodgers has a legitimate chance of having the best week out of every QB in the NFL, couple that with the fact that he is going to be under-owned, and that will provide massive value to sharp DFS players.

Ryan Tannehill – $7,400 – Yes, I know, I’m not a fan of his talents that much either. However, he does have a great matchup against an extremely bad Browns defense. We also must remember that the Dolphins are going to have close to no running game with Foster out for at least this week. Due to the fact that the Dolphins will have no running game, and that Tannehill actually has a pretty good receiving trio, I would highly advise to make a lineup with Ryan Tannehill this weekend. When you make a lineup with Tannehill make sure you also pair him up with Landry who is pretty cheap on FanDuel ($7,000). I’ve seen crazier things happen in the past, mediocre players can play great sometimes to you know!!!!

Other Low-owned QB Options to considerRussell Wilson $8,700, and Kirk Cousins $7,200

Running Back

Frank Gore – $5,700Frank Gore is going to fly under the radar this weekend because he is old and boring to the public. Well, guess what? I don’t find RBs who carry a nice workload against the pathetic Chargers’ rushing defense boring at all. Frank Gore can very sneakily have a 2 TD game against the Chargers, and for that reason alone I would advise to take a chance and roster the 33-year-old veteran this weekend. I always tell people that you aren’t going to take down a GPP competition unless you take reasonable chances. Frank Gore falls into that category this weekend.

Mark Ingram – $6,900 – This play is strictly for GPP purposes. Mark Ingram has scared off a lot of DFS players after 2 weeks due to the lack of workload he has been receiving as of late. You can’t ignore the fact, however, that his team is projected to score the most points in the NFL this weekend (according to Las Vegas). I’m going to assume that the first two games of the season, where Mark Ingram only touched the ball 13.5 times a game, were just a fluke. I’m predicting that Sean Payton will feed the former Crimson Tide standout close to 20 times this Monday night against a very shaky Falcons defense. I highly advise to take advantage of this opportunity to roster Mark Ingram in a great matchup where he is going to be under-owned site wide. An opportunity like this does not present itself very often.

Other Low-owned RB options to considerSpencer Ware $6,300, and Ezekiel Elliot $8,100
