DFS: DraftKings Plays of the Week – Week 3

1) Matthew Stafford $6,500 at Arizona (30th)
2) Tua Tagovailoa $6,100 vs. Buffalo (1st)
3) Derek Carr $5,900 at Tennessee (28th)
4) Justin Herbert $7,400 vs. Jacksonville (17th)
5) Kirk Cousins $6,700 vs. Detroit (29th)
6) Joe Burrow $6,600 at New York Jets (18th)
7) Jared Goff $5,800 at Minnesota (23rd)
8) Jalen Hurts $7,600 at Washington (21st)
9) Lamar Jackson $8,000 at New England (7th)
10) Josh Allen $8,200 at Miami (31st)

Skinny: Matthew Stafford receives top billing on both FanDuel and DraftKings sites this week. The Los Angeles Rams offense is kicking it into gear, and they draw a dream matchup against a struggling Arizona defense. Many fantasy players expect Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami passing game to crash down to earth against a dominant Buffalo defense. While part of this narrative may be true, you have to imagine that Miami will have to chase to keep pace against Buffalo’s dynamic offense, keeping Tagovailoa and the weapons in play another week.

1) Dameon Pierce $5,000 at Chicago (21st)
2) Miles Sanders $5,500 at Washington (26th)
3) Josh Jacobs $5,400 at Tennessee (31st)
4) David Montgomery $5,900 vs. Houston (30th)
5) James Robinson $6,100 at Los Angeles Chargers (17th)
6) Leonard Fournette $6,500 vs. Green Bay (15th)
7) Alvin Kamara $7,000 at Carolina (23rd)
8) Antonio Gibson $6,400 vs. Philadelphia (28th)
9) Dalvin Cook $7,900 vs. Detroit (32nd)
10) D’Andre Swift $7,200 at Minnesota (18th)

Skinny: Dameon Pierce is my play of the week across all formats. At $5,000 on DraftKings, Pierce is mispriced. Take advantage while you still can. Miles Sanders and Josh Jacobs top my list of best bargain prices. There is a ‘stink’ around their fantasy upside that cause players and sites to look in the other direction. Take advantage and course correct.

1) Stefon Diggs $7,700 at Miami (22nd)
2) Jaylen Waddle $6,800 vs. Buffalo (11th)
3) Chris Olave $4,500 at Carolina (3rd)
4) Jahan Dotson $4,600 vs. Philadelphia (13th)
5) DeVonta Smith $5,200 at Washington (28th)
6) Curtis Samuel $5,100 vs. Philadelphia (13th)
7) D.J. Moore $5,600 vs. New Orleans (10th)
8) Drake London $5,800 at Seattle (9th)
9) Brandin Cooks $5,800 at Chicago (17th)
10) Christian Kirk $6,200 at Los Angeles Chargers (15th)

Skinny: Stefon Diggs was the eater of worlds on Monday Night as he decimated the Tennessee secondary. DFS (daily) sites put their slate out on Monday, so Diggs’ price tag did not inflate. He remains a screaming ‘buy.’ Jaylen Waddle did not see his price tag fly up too much. Waddle is an essential piece of this Miami offense in a game it will be chasing throughout. Chris Olave piled on a TON of air yards in Week 2. His role and involvement may fly under the radar since they did not produce fantasy results.

1) Kyle Pitts $4,800 at Seattle (24th)
2) Gerald Everett $4,400 vs. Jacksonville (11th)
3) Logan Thomas $3,500 vs. Philadelphia (25th)
4) T.J. Hockenson $4,200 at Minnesota (23rd)
5) Tyler Higbee $4,500 at Arizona (32nd)

Skinny: Kyle Pitts breaks out in Week 3. Putting it out into the universe. Gerald Everett is a steal at only $4,400. Logan Thomas is a bargain basement play. Logan Thomas has an every-down role for Washington; Washington faces a Philadelphia team that has historically struggled against the tight end position.
