DFS: Plays of the Week – Week 11

  1. Ben Roethlisberger $8,000 at Jacksonville (30th)
  2. Matt Ryan $7,800 at New Orleans (20th)
  3. Justin Herbert $8,500 vs. New York Jets (27th)
  4. Lamar Jackson $8,400 vs. Tennessee (23rd)
  5. Matthew Stafford $7,500 at Carolina (9th)
  6. Kirk Cousins $7,100 vs. Dallas (19th)
  7. Jameis Winston $7,200 vs. Atlanta (31st)
  8. Deshaun Watson $7,700 vs. New England (4th)
  9. Joe Burrow $7,700 at Washington (10th)
  10. Aaron Rodgers $9,000 at Indianapolis (1st)

Skinny: With a Pittsburgh offense rolling, facing a Jacksonville defense with no end in sight, you better believe I’m firing up Roethlisberger with all of those offensive weapons at his disposal … Matt Ryan feels like a very solid ‘buy’ given his price tag of $7,800 … New Orleans being down Drew Brees, I expect its offense to be less efficient, giving the ball back to Ryan and the Atlanta offense in what I anticipate becoming a high-scoring affair … Justin Herbert had his come back to earth game against Miami, but give credit to Miami as it has been great lately … fire Herbert back up in a SMASH spot against the Jets defense simply awaiting the season to end.

  1. Damien Harris $5,800 at Houston (32nd)
  2. Mike Davis $7,400 at Detroit (30th)
  3. Miles Sanders $7,700 at Cleveland (14th)
  4. James Conner $7,000 at Jacksonville (27th)
  5. Dalvin Cook $10,500 vs. Dallas (17th)
  6. Ezekiel Elliott $8,000 at Minnesota (19th)
  7. D’Andre Swift $6,900 at Carolina (28th)
  8. Jonathan Taylor $5,700 vs. Green Bay (31st)
  9. Alvin Kamara $9,700 vs. Atlanta (7th)
  10. Aaron Jones $8,200 at Indianapolis (4th)

Skinny: Welcome to Damien Harris week … coming off of a 22-carry, 125-yard performance, Harris is woefully underpriced on this slate … I believe he will find similar success against Houston who is dead last in the league against the running back position … if Harris can find the end zone, he will smash expectations … with Christian McCaffrey expected out once again this weekend, you can roll with Mike Davis once again … I know many owners may have been burned by a lack of production this weekend when Davis was around 50 percent owned in daily leagues, so this may be an opportunity where his ownership is lower than it should be … take advantage … the games in Cleveland, as of late, have been negatively affected by the weather conditions, primarily a ferocious wind … this could be the cause once again … I would anticipate Philadelphia to lean heavily on Miles Sanders in this game, where its passing attack has been wildly inconsistent …

  1. Keenan Allen $8,000 vs. New York Jets (22nd)
  2. Adam Thielen $7,900 vs. Dallas (28th)
  3. Davante Adams $9,500 at Indianapolis (6th)
  4. Terry McLaurin $7,300 vs. Cincinnati (16th)
  5. Amari Cooper $6,900 at Minnesota (31st)
  6. Justin Jefferson $6,700 vs. Dallas (28th)
  7. Robby Anderson $6,300 vs. Detroit (12th)
  8. CeeDee Lamb $5,800 at Minnesota (31st)
  9. Jalen Reagor $5,600 at Cleveland (29th)
  10. Michael Thomas $8,200 vs. Atlanta (30th)

Skinny: As I mentioned in the quarterback section, it’s hard not to love the Chargers passing game against a middling Jets defense … Keenan Allen has been a target hog as of late, and I would expect that Justin Herbert leans on Allen once again in Week 11 … Minnesota coming off of a win on Monday Night Football, keeping its positive momentum moving forward … the Dallas defense remains one of the units where you can expose week to week … you can play BOTH Adam Thielen and Justin Jefferson here in a smash spot … I expect the Green Bay/Indianapolis clash on Sunday to be higher scoring than many believe … I know Indianapolis has been great on defense, but I have a hard time getting away from Davante Adams in this spot, even at the $9,500 cost …
