How to read the table: The table shows how a team will do Passing and Rushing in the upcoming week of the NFL. Red is HOT, Yellow is WARM, White is NORMAL, Light Blue is COLD and Dark Blue is FREEZING COLD. Play players from teams that are Red and Yellow, avoid players from teams that are Light or Dark Blue and expect average days from teams that are White.
Arizona Cardinals at Seattle Seahawks – Thursday 8:20pm
Back to our winning ways on Thursday night, it was Seattle that covered as expected. We did expect a LOT more out of Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins in the passing game with Seattle’s secondary so banged up but we didn’t get that. It was a good night for Murray but not the great one we were expecting.

Philadelphia Eagles at Cleveland Browns – Sunday 1:00pm
I know it’s hard to believe but Cleveland is 6-3. Be a bit scared of your Eagles this week as the Cleveland defense matches up well with them. The stars of the game will be Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt as they smash through the Philadelphia front at will. Still, expect Philadelphia to keep it close because of all the running that Cleveland will do.

Pittsburgh Steelers at Jacksonville Jaguars – Sunday 1:00pm
Umm.. so play anything you have that’s in a Pittsburgh uniform and bench whatever you have in a Jacksonville uniform. You have to play James Robinson, you just do, but he is going up against perhaps his biggest challenge of the season.

Cincinnati Bengals at Washington Football Team – Sunday 1:00pm
It’s not looking great for Joe Mixon to play this week as he still hasn’t practiced as of this writing (Friday morning). It’s a shame, because Mixon is exactly what Cincinnati needs to try and win this game. If Mixon is definitely out, Giovani Bernard will be fine here. The problem for Cincinnati is two fold in this game. First, Joe Burrow will struggle with this very quietly talented secondary of Washington and second, Washington will throw the ball very well here with Alex Smith and Terry McLaurin against a very porous Cincinnati defense that gives up a lot of yards and points.

Detroit Lions at Carolina Panthers – Sunday 1:00pm
Teddy Bridgewater escaped an injury scare last week, it’s likely that he will miss this week but he hasn’t been scratched from the lineup yet and did practice on a very limited basis this week. While the Carolina offense will be a shell of themselves without Bridgewater or Christian McCaffrey, they’ll still manage to play well here against a Detroit defense that is near the bottom in the league. Detroit too is banged up on offense, in particular Matthew Stafford and Kenny Golladay but D’Andre Swift has been looking the part lately and he’ll help to keep the Lions in the game (Edit: Swift will not play this week due to a concussion), in the end though, it’s just two banged up teams trying to get through a football game and that will show.
