How to read the table: The table shows how a team will do Passing and Rushing in the upcoming week of the NFL. Red is HOT, Yellow is WARM, White is NORMAL, Light Blue is COLD and Dark Blue is FREEZING COLD. Play players from teams that are Red and Yellow, avoid players from teams that are Light or Dark Blue and expect average days from teams that are White.
Cincinnati Bengals at Miami Dolphins – Sunday 1:00pm
Miami will roll on the scoreboard but their offense will have a surprisingly difficult time with the Cincinnati defense. It will translate to a desert for fantasy stats as neither offense will look all that professional this week though DeVante Parker always makes for a good start if Ryan Fitzpatrick plays.
Favorite: Miami Dolphins by 11.5
Prediction: Miami Dolphins 30 – Cincinnati Bengals 17
Las Vegas Raiders at New York Jets – Sunday 1:00pm
It is a little inexplicable just how poorly Las Vegas played last week against Atlanta but there’s nothing like a “get right” game against the hard luck New York Jets. Play your Raiders and bench your Jets but if you need him, as usual, Frank Gore will be there for you. It’s been a while since we’ve heard from target monster Jamison Crowder and he’ll remind us this week that he can still make a solid fantasy start. Note that Josh Jacobs is out for this game but Devontae Booker will fill in well.
Favorite: Las Vegas Raiders by 8
Prediction: Las Vegas Raiders 27 – New York Jets 17
Cleveland Browns at Tennessee Titans – Sunday 1:00pm
Oh the humanity. Look at these two running games, it will be a slug-fest in the trenches as both teams look to emphasize their strength, their ground games. Expect the score to be low as the clock will keep on ticking with all the running that will take place in this game.
Favorite: Tennessee Titans by 5.5
Prediction: Tennessee Titans 30 – Cleveland Browns 23
Detroit Lions at Chicago Bears – Sunday 1:00pm
Whomever starts for Chicago at quarterback will play OK here, they shouldn’t be your first choice but they’ll put in a solid fantasy day nevertheless. Be leery of your Lions, there isn’t much fight left in them as they are already looking forward to 2021.
Favorite: Chicago Bears by 3
Prediction: Chicago Bears 24 – Detroit Lions 21
Jacksonville Jaguars at Minnesota Vikings – Sunday 1:00pm
Very quietly, Minnesota is starting to play some good football. Kirk Cousins has had four weeks of consecutive fantasy point growth and will make it five against Jacksonville. Minnesota will look all-world in this game, reminding a lot of people that they still exist. They still could make a whole lot of noise in the playoffs with their already top-shelf ground game and now improved passing game.
Favorite: Minnesota Vikings by 10
Prediction: Minnesota Vikings 30 – Jacksonville Jaguars 20
