Fantasy Sharks is looking for a few good writers for the 2017 season.  It has been a few years since we have opened our off-season guest writer series as we have had a solid core group of writers for a few years now.  We had a couple of our long time writers retire after the 2016 season and one move on to bigger and better things thanks to his musings at Fantasy Sharks, which has opened up a few slots on our writing team for 2017 and hopefully beyond.  This is not an offer for employment, if you are offered a writing position we compensate for your efforts but realize it’s not something you’ll be quitting your day job for.  To be completely clear, the guest writing has no stipend, we really want writers that just love to write and are keen to share their knowledge, it’s an interview process to try to uncover our next group of talented staff writers.  Apart from just a few writers that were with us the day we opened our doors, all of our other writers have come in using this same process.  It’s how we find the best-of-the-best and it’s how we continue to be nominated (and win) industry awards for some of the best fantasy content in the business.  You simply have to have a passion for it as all of our writers do and with a little bit of luck, you’ll be able to turn it into more.  We are well read as one of the more popular fantasy football content sites on the web having done this now for what will be our 14th year so what we can promise is exposure and lots of it.

What we do is open up our Content Management System to you as a guest writer to give you a chance to try your hand at crafting and disseminating fantasy football content.  At the end of the summer we will choose our favorites and extend invitations to them to join the team.  In-season you can write as much as you want but routinely, it’s an article a week while the NFL season is in full swing.  If you are interested in writing some articles for Fantasy Sharks starting now, just sign up for a user account if you have not already and then email us using this Contact Us link.  Let us know your writing interests, give us a brief bio and what your username is (so we can give you access) and we’ll forward along some instructions on how to start publishing at Fantasy Sharks.

Thanks for your consideration and we hope to see you publishing here at this summer!
