Feast or Famine – Week 11

Every week I will pick and choose certain players that will produce above (feast) or below (famine) our Fantasy Sharks Player Projections. A couple guys every week may be obvious, but some might surprise you.

Feast

Antonio Brown, WR, Pittsburgh

Fantasy Sharks Projection:
14 Points

Brown is averaging more than nine targets per game and has the luxury of facing one of the league’s worst pass defenses (Detroit). The only thing standing in the way of a huge game is if he gets benched again – which is unlikely.

Alshon Jeffery, WR, Chicago

Fantasy Sharks Projection:
9 Points

Jeffrey has the most appearances on the “feast” list this year. Do not worry, we already know that there isn’t much of a difference between
Jay Cutler

and Josh McCown.

********************************************************

Kris Durham, WR, Detroit

Fantasy Sharks Projection:
5 Points

Calvin Johnson is missing more practice time than usual and
Nate Burleson

will most likely be held out this week. Detroit has the most pass attempts per game and Johnson can’t catch everything.

********************************************************

Steve Smith, WR, Carolina

Fantasy Sharks Projection:
5 Points

Smith shines in prime time games. New England’s pass defense is not what it was earlier in the season, especially if
Aqib Talib

is out.

********************************************************

Oakland Raiders D/ST

Fantasy Sharks Projection:
3 Points

That’s right. A defense.
Case Keenum

has been extremely lucky these past two weeks and it has to end at some point.

********************************************************

Famine

Case Keenum, QB, Houston

Fantasy Sharks Projection:
21 Points

The amount of Keenum’s throws that should have been intercepted is remarkable since he has only played in three games. He is sporting a 55.9 completion percentage and it has been getting worse in each game.

********************************************************

Andre Johnson, WR, Houston

Fantasy Sharks Projection:
23 Points

See
Case Keenum

. It just can’t continue.

********************************************************

Brandon Pettigrew, TE, Detroit

Fantasy Sharks Projection:
13 Points

Pettigrew might seem better than he really is because he’s caught 100 percent of his targets in three different games. Unfortunately, Pettigrew needs a touchdown to be fantasy relevant but he just isn’t a threat in the red zone.
