I like the way Phyrre's team is coming together.

My team so far:

1.03 RB Arian Foster: I had him #1 overall (slight edge over Rice) so I was very glad to see him and his aching hammy make it to me...I'll take him.

2.10 QB Aaron Rodgers: Even with the 3 point pass TD stat, I believe he is a steal at 2.10. I rarely take a QB so early, but as I commented at the site; I couldn't pass on him.

3.03 RB Ahmad Bradshaw: I actually wanted Hillis here (Phyrre), but I will settle for AB as a high end RB2. I'm only slightly concerned with Jacobs since their skill sets are so different. Both will get their carries, and AB I hope will come out on top with PPR numbers.

4.10 WR Brandon Marshall: The trouble with taking a QB early is, of course, having to take a position (WR for me), in the middle or end of a run. So I end up with the questionable/risk/possible reward picks. Here's hoping his troubles are behind him and Henne learns how to read defenses.

5.03 WR Brandon Lloyd: Lots of people are down on Lloyd this year due to the.....coaching change? I am glad to get him in 5th round. Orton will be throwing a bunch this year.

6.10 RB Marshawn Lynch: Looking for a servicable RB3 and Lynch fits the bill. With the QB situation as it is, they will be needing to rely on RB's, TE's for checkdowns. Lynch could be in for a career year, LOL.

7.03 WR Austin Collie: Another risky pick, but as a WR3....why not? If his concussion issues are behind him and Peyton is throwing to him his numbers will be great. Imagine if this guy stays healthy all year?

I'm down on him because of 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. 8)

You clearly don't believe in the 8th year WR theory?

Or was that theory 3rd?

Hell if I know...

Not ready to give out my comment until after the draft. My draft is always to take the best player available, with a pick in the middle of every round. I don't really have to watch so closely how others drafted, which made my picks much easier, especially I couldn't draft at work.

I also found a lot of picks I was debating were either picked right before or after my picks.

1.06 6. Charles, Jamaal KCC RB To me, this is a no brainer pick. Here is the last tier one RB left.
2.07 19. Turner, Michael ATL RB Preferred Mendenhall, unfortunately he got picked right before my pick. Turner got so many rush attempts, a big plus with this scoring system.
3.06 30. Austin, Miles DAL WR I felt he's a safer pick than Bowe and D. Jackson.
4.07 43. Finley, Jermichael GBP TE Intended to pick a WR here. Unfortunately none of the WRs left stood out from the crowd. Finley has the best upside.
5.06 54. Colston, Marques NOS WR I had him last year. Even with all the health concern, he is a reliable WR2, with WR1 upside.
6.07 67. Ryan, Matt ATL QB Was Ready to pick my 3rd RB, none of the RBs left were attractive enough, of course, this was before Ryan Williams hurt himself. This is highest draft position I picked a QB in all my years in the shark leagues. By the way, I only intended to draft one QB, from my past experience, it was very easy to pick a good backup QB from waiver wire in this league because of less roster spot.
7.06 78. Green-Ellis, BenJarvus NEP RB I like his upside. He isthe lead RB in a high powered Patriot offense. He will likely get most of the goal line carries. To me, he's a steal in the middle seven round for RB hungry scoring system.
8.07 91. Thomas, Mike JAC WR A risky pick here, aiming for the upside. Lots of WR2 couldn't step up as the WR1 in a team.
9.06 102. Moore, Lance NOS WR I guess a hedge against Colston's health.
10.07 115. Sims-Walker, Mike STL WR I picked a few upside WRs, hopefully one of them will step up to be a weekly starter.
11.06 126. Moore, Denarius OAK WR Lot of buzz in the camp, a lottery pick.
12.07 139. Woodhead, Danny NEP RB Since I missed all the marginal RBs, I started to draft all my backup RBs
13.06 150. Snelling, Jason ATL RB Back up for Turner
14.07 163. Jones, Thomas KCC RB Back up for Charles
15.06 174. Gostkowski, Stephen NEP PK Just a Kicker
16.07 187. Falcons, Atlanta ATL Def Got to have A Defense team

I'm noticing that Phyrre and I drafted almost identical shark teams this year:

1. RB1 Foster | McCoy
2. RB2 Hillis | Hillis
3. WR1 Jennings | Jennings
4. QB Manning | Brees
5. WR2 SJohnson | Boldin
6. RB3 Addai | Addai

We also have the same TE in Gonzo, although we drafted them in different rounds.

ARRRGHHH. Internet was down all day, unable to get Dez out! Dang it. Wasn't worried since it was a late game, and tech support kept promising it would be back, and it was, 5 minutes into the first quarter. Oh well.

Thank you for the early Christmas present, Pat!!! =D>

Played Fitz (9) instead of Vick (33) = -24
Played Mendenhall (9) instead of Wells (36) = -27
Played Manningham (2) instead of Nelson (20) = -18

That's a difference of 69!!! I thought this only happened to me, but I see even the best can over think things. ](*,)

You are welcome, I set my lineup early as I left town Thursday and knew I would have scattered access. THEN I heard Wells was gametime and I was going to be on a plane when that call was made, so I found a pc and switched him out. So my one late move was the worst one I made, and every early decision was bad. Oh well, I have won when I shouldn't and lost when I shouldn't, it all evens out!
