I'd say late 4th/5th round pick. As my WR2 or WR3, preferably WR3.

He's still got 6+ months to get pinched. Reinstatement is one hurdle, but he also needs to avoid going dumbass between then and camp too.

I endorse this post.

I'd give it a "favorite" if it was Twitter.

If you're making that bet, it's got to be that he hasn't lived up to the terms of his suspension and the NFL can prove that via testing etc.

If he has stayed clean, they have no basis to not reinstate him.

Agree with the post above that you can't risk him being your #1 WR but I'd take him as my #2, maybe back end of Round 3 at the earliest. He's be a nice compliment to Barnidge at TE and Benjamin in the slot. Spend a Rd 3 or 4 pick on a WR in the draft and you have a competitive WR corps in CLE if they can land a QB.

I lean towards him not being reinstated.

But, if he does..

The potential is still there but I'll let someone else take that risk since he'll likely go way too early for the risk associated.

With most redrafts done 1-2 weeks before the season starts, that shouldn't be an issue.
I'd draft him as a mid/low WR2.

However, I'm not touching him in keeper or dynasty leagues.
I was lucky to dump him in a dynasty a few seasons ago.

With essentially two years away from the league, I am likely not willing to pay the cost that it will take to bring him in. I would take him as my WR3, but someone will likely pay much more for him

And going dumbass between camp and end of season. The man likes his pot. He's gonna smoke it.

I wouldn't be too worried about it in-season. Sure, potential's always there to go mental midget, but much less likely in-season than out. Guys like him need the structure he'll get in-season. His problem is when he's out of the structure.

They used to, often and regularly. Not sure of the mechanics in the new policy though. I'd be surprised if he's not being tested.
