Do I start him over Fitzmagic who is on the road at Chicago who is ranked 11th against the pass?

Do I start him over Eli who is home against the 30th ranked N.O. pass defense in a 2 QB league with Stafford at the other QB spot?

I'm starting him simply to make watching the game more enjoyable. All 3 of those are good options though...and if we're talking straight fantasy football I'd probably go Eli.

Mayfield could easily turn in another fantastic game, though.

I've been leaning towards starting him over Fitzmagic, but not over Eli. The NYG vs N.O. matchup is just dripping with points, points, and more points.

I mean he's right. A bit defensive, but it's not like PHI created that play

Kudos to browns for promoting Kitchens.

Good read here:

Good watch here (NFL Films: "The most selfless man in the NFL"):

Whether thru luck or judgement i think Browns have got themselves a good one there.

Seems like him and Mayfield are in lockstep already.

Man, I really like Kitchens.

Always nice to see such a great person have success. Seeing how he handle the media as well, I think he'd be a great HC; but the jump might be too big for CLE to bet on.

In an ideal world they'd bring Arians to come into CLE and train Kitchens to be the heir apparent. I could easily see CLE going on a tear to finish the season and Gregg being hired as the HC only to see Kitchens leave in 2 years as the new hotness. That'd probably be worst case scenario for Baker's development.

What you just described is why the ideal long term scenario may be to bring in the offensive minded coach and let Kitchens be great somewhere else.

IDK, I think it's a little more complicated than that.

A lot of this decision is likely to be impacted by how well Baker finishes the season out against stronger defenses.

Luckily for the Browns they don't have to make a decision at this very moment. I'd lean towards finding a way to keep Kitchens in place as OC if they finish strong. If they falter, I'd probably move away from depending on him and lean on an offensive mind with better credentials.

Bringing Gregg Williams in as HC is a mistake in every instance.

Wonder where Baker will typically be drafted in redrafts. Unless his hype gets out of hand and he's going in the 3rd round or something crazy, I'll be looking to take him in a lot of leagues.

God bless the people that do. I'll be picking up good value mid-late as normal.

I have him and Mahomes in Gridiron, and I'm in a constant state of rosterbaiting.

A couple years ago I had Tyrod and Tannehill.
