I’m just trying to be positive, I’m tired of teams like the phins, browns, bills, etc being crappy.

I’m erring toward the side that the Bills have a good enough roster now to overcome some, at times, sketchy QB play. They look like a playoff team.

FF success is definitely different from RL success in the league, however.
So I’m not crowning Allen at all, but he is hitting the FF mark through 2 weeks.

The upside is so big now, I’d have to be blown away, and my counters haven’t been accepted.
Happy for Josh and the FF owners who stuck with him.
Not that he can’t totally blow a game still, cuz he can.
But here we are, realizing his potential that the Bills FO saw.

Just saw Allen traded for Derrick Henry in one of my leagues.

One of my Allen shares was a trade of Fournette for Allen straight up, spring 2019. I’m sure there were some raised eyebrows.
Depends on your league scoring, but if he’s running and throwing....

True

Dude is in command. Taking shots when the opportunity is there. Making plays. The guy is locked in.

Sure, he's had an easy schedule..

But he's killing it. BUF is playing through him, not tryin to hide him.

And while he still sometimes looks erratic, he's showing some ball placement I never thought he'd have.

Been saying that this BUF coaching staff was severely underrated for the past 2 years.. and wondered what Daboll would look like if he weren't limited by Josh Allen... and now that Allen's out of his own way, we're seeing it.

It'll be interesting to see if Allen keeps this up once someone poaches Daboll from the Bills in the near future.

Dude is balling. I love watching him play.

Everyone did a side eye when they traded for Diggs but man oh man it’s working out great

I'm very happy for Diggsy and he does seem to truly enjoy being in Buffalo.

I heard a discussion about Allen on the radio the other day and the guest made the point that with QBs from weaker college conferences there's a lot which is hard to know because it's hard to know exactly how strong those programs are in terms of all the 'intangibles' we take for granted from the big conferences and power programs.

They talked about weight rooms, conditioning coaches, strength coaches, assistant coaches, atmosphere, ...

It was a long list of things that you wonder what Wyoming could possible actually have. So for a guy like Allen who clearly has all the physical skills you could dream of, but lacked consistent access to everything else, it was incumbent upon the Bills to fill in those gaps.

Clearly, it's worked, and this is something I've often said, it matters more where the player goes than where they came from. It also matters that the player wants to learn and improve and puts in the time and effort, but without strong leadership from the team they are on it won't matter.

So great story for the Allen and the Bills, makes me appreciate both player and team more than I thought I would.
