Flame me if you want, but I thought that Chubb was a very talented RB in the NFL but a little overrated in FF. I think he was productive in spurts this year, which inflated his perceived value, but his overall FF production going forward will not be as high as people are currently valuing him.
We will see how he fares as CLE improves as an offense, he may prove me wrong. But I think the 20+ outbursts will happen infrequently while the 10-15 PPG production will be the norm. I'm thinking under 100 yards rushing, 1-4 receptions for 10 yards each, 0.5 TD a game, for an average of roughly 13-14 PPG (10 PPG if he doesn't get the TD, 16 PPG if he does).
While the explosive games will bring his average up, I don't see him cracking the 20 average PPG territory that the top 8 RBs were in this year.
