I'm not going to say it is fixed, but I can see how they'll be okay enough. They either need a return to health from components of the first unit or development from the second. Either or are in the range of potential outcomes, but any one piece beyond Cole quite simply isn't reliable. And again, in Kliff's scheme they don't have to be a great unit. They need to be better than last year, but the bar is set somewhere between mediocre and average - depending on how slippery Kyler actually is vs. a NFL pass rush.

If any Mods wanted to, might be worth starting a new thread and splitting some of this off (K.K-ardinals?)

Or renaming the Cards/ Rosen thread?

This is going to be a season long thing.

Could be a thing of beauty... Could quite easily also be a dumpster fire. Not sure theres much room in between the two outcomes.

Kitna was sacked SIXTY TWO times. OL was awful (ask GDMK), 3-13.

A bad OL usually leads to a bad O usually.

Usually.

They still put up almost 5,000yds of offense (4,949) & 30 TDs, sent Roy Williams (!!) to a pro bowl

Sometimes scheme &/or personnel (Wilson [32nd ranked OL, 2016] & Rivers [30th ranked OL,2018] and their skill position players) can mitigate OL deficiencies.

Doesnt mean ARI will, but doesnt mean they cannot.

Kelvin Harmon, if he were a stock?

Image

McLaurins trending the other way (3.09, 12 team, PPR, non-IDP)

And looks set to overtake the way its looking (Harmon @3.02).

I do get it (Speedy, ex CFB BFF etc)

But Harmon could offer some value way this is going.

If McLaurin's going up all that tells me is Harmon isn't going to be a thing. Scary Terry has his place in the real thing, but fantasy asset he is not.

I'm betting the other way and buying him where I can. 4.35 speed and can effectively use it unlike guys before him like a guy like Bengal WR John Ross who can't control his speed. Got him between Rd 4 and Rd 6 in all 3 of my rookie dyno drafts so far.

Just a hunch play he's a late bloomer and can improve his craft as a WR.

Receivers who can track the ball running full speed and make adjustments to the ball like this deserve a chance. There's been plenty of WRs taken in the first few rounds who can't do this.

Pretty good body control running at full speed probably getting bumped....still able to control himself and stop the punt from going into the endzone.

^^^Plays like those are why he was drafted where he was. They're few and far between though. The first one anyway. And it isn't like he's low on experience as he's quite old for a rookie and has net meaningful snaps for 3 years running at school. He's a special teams asset, so there's more plays like the latter. Role player on offense though.

I'm sure they're going to try to make him more than a role player after selecting him in the 3rd round.

But he will fail those expectations and be relegated to special teams ace and clearing route specialist

C) Quinn (for me)

This being rookie dyna and stumbling over someone else wondering if the ADPs are going to "cross streamers"

Just thought id share

I have no clue who ends up the better of the two there though.

FWIW, whoever it is, i think whoever you have ranked higher might be as much dependent on how youre projecting Haskins into the Pros as either of the other two.
