Drafting this evening at 6:30. The Underdark Illithids.

This keeps making me want to start a Tank D&D campaign :P

I'd be in. Just last night I agreed to a bi-weekly 2nd Ed. campaign. I'm trying to decide if I'll run a Thief or a Mage.

We should make a general post :) I haven't really played anything but 5e recently.

TD’s

from the two spot -

QB- Jimmy G (took in the last round)
RB - Melvin Gordon (took a chance), Fournette, Chris Carson, Miles Sanders, Tevin Coleman, Ekeler
WR - Mike Evans, Calvin Ridley, Robbie Anderson, Geronimo Allison, Josh Gordon
TE - Jordan Reed (he just needs to stay healthy until I can pick up Herndon after his suspension)
D- Browns
K - Tucker

Confident in the Browns overall, or planning to stream? First 2 weeks they seem to have decent matchups, but I'm also just curious if they could turn into an every week starter, esp. since their offense will likely improve too.

Anyway.... I'll probably get in on this again this year, assuming I have the sandies. I didn't do very well last year as I recall. No idea when I'll get around to drafting, maybe this weekend.

I knew everyone would be going Bears so I went for my #2 defense. Everyone is talking about the Browns O but that D is going to be nasty.

Ugh. Distracted drafting isn't a good idea.

I’ve already dropped Jimmy G and Reed for Brady and Olsen, both undrafted

As usual I am just joining a league ASAP and seeing what happens. Draft starts in 6 minutes. League is https://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/f1/1037754 . I will be whatever team has a terrible logo and a foot- or leg-related name.

Drafted from the #1 slot, yay. Participation has gotten better in recent years, and there were 9/10 managers present for the draft. My team ended up better than I expected:

FOOT OF FURY
QB CWentz / DPrescott
RB LFournette / DMontgomery / LMiller / DGuice
WR MEvans / AThielen / RAnderson / CSutton / JCrowder
TE HHenry / DWalker
K GZuerlein
D Chicago

Actually got a few words of banter, for a change. Me taking Zuerlein at 1.1 got a few laughs. Then another manager took Mahomes a few picks later and nobody (other than me) commented.

Yahoo's draft report card is always entertaining. Their topline comments:

Foot of Fury was handed the top pick, and they dropped the ball. Even though they had the top pick, they're projected to finish 7th in Yahoo Public 1037754. Foot of Fury are looking at a final record of 5-9 (1,789 points).

Okay, now that I'm through my League of Titans draft, I want to get this one in before my home league live draft this Sunday.

QUESTIONS

1.) What league size do we need to be in? (10, 12)? Looks like 10 from seeing your entries so far, but wanted to make sure.

2.) What does "public" and "casual" league mean (from the rules)? When I start the process, I only see "Free" league (among others that also are't it).

3.) To whom do the entry Sands go?

4.) Do we need to draft a K and THEN a DST, or can we go DST and THEN K?

Thanks

Thanks, EZV! Targeting Friday night or Saturday some time, but I will definitely post league before I draft.
