That sounds about right. However, the NFL should probably force Brady and Bill to retire as part of the punishment as well.
This post is aging well...

Deflategate... here we go again... something most (maybe all?) teams did regularly. You even heard players (QB's) come out and talk about how they also liked footballs being less inflated and some (Rodgers?) admitting to over-inflating at times because that's the feel he liked.

Or, the irrefutable evidence (lol) which showed the 11 Patriots footballs deflating by what could be perfectly explained by science. Yet, somehow also showed 3 out of the 4 Colts footballs were also under-inflated to an illegal PSI reading.

I forgot until I read through the cheating link above some that it was later corrected that only 1 Patriot football was 2 psi under legal limit. The rest were barely under (so weather related). The one that was 2 psi under was the one the Colts intercepted and later turned over to the NFL. No way they are the ones that deflated it right?

*i fully admit that there’s a good chance they (like everyone else) were messing with balls after the league inspection.

Taking the 1st rd picks is useless , you need to take their 6th and 7th rd picks, no Udfa signings for a 2 years, and they can’t trade out of the first round for 3 years.

Oh and Kraft isn’t allowed to wear any versions of Nike Airforce 1s for 5 years.

That should do it.

1 mil fine, and no rub and tugs for Kraft for 1 year.

That would really show him.

Kraft would be distraught!
Spot on about the picks too! Too funny. Taking away their 2nd(s) might actually HELP!
Telling them they couldn't trade back would be brutal punishment.

That was going to be my suggestion too.
I bet he wears his Nike Airforce 1s during them too.

Which should tell you it was nothing. They wouldn’t brush it under the rug for the Pats. They spent $5m investigating deflategate when it was caused by weather.

The connection is obvious - video tapers work for the patriots, drop the hammer

I highly expected something to come that the Sox cheated after hearing more about the Astros thing. Cora was the bench coach during the time frame the Astros were cheating according to the accusations. He was likely in charge of what they were doing. It was the type of thing a bench coach would be tasked with.
I highly suspected he might have brought it with him.
