Probably top 3.
The Dolphins will become the new Patriots.

Here is a fun conspiracy thought. Both Brady and Belichick plan to sign with the same team, just not NE.

so they want to prove they can do it without Kraft giving them complete control and staying out of their way?

They want to try to win one with constant irrational interference from ownership and a roster filled with expensive past their prime players that plagues nearly every other franchise.

Now that would be a challenge.

Alright I'll bite.

Elmagister wrote:It's pretty simple. Why would he play anywhere else? Because he wants to play but the Pats don't want to pay? What team gives him the same or better opportunity to win a title?Maybe none that have an opening at QB but the Chargers have lots of weapons and may have that opening.

Why would the Patriots and Bill Belichick move on from him? Because they have a long history of not paying stars. Yeah he's Tom Brady and that likely holds a lot of weight with the Pats but I doubt it does with Bill. What QB that will be available gives them the same or better opportunity to win a title? None but how fun would it be if Rivers and him traded places?

There's going to be so many words written on the subject, but the answer to both of those questions is none. So he'll be starting in NE again next summer. You're probably right. I'm just playing devil's advocate.

I tend to think he'll be back but no one ever thought they'd see Montana or Favre in different uniforms either. So while I'll be surprised if he's not in NE next year, I won't be shocked.

Montana and Favre had Young and Rodgers ready to step in.

Yesterday I realized the Colts would be a good landing spot though.

Yup I’m with you on that. I have the same thing with the Yankees. When they’re done I miss rooting against them

He’s walking away from the field which clearly means he’s leaving or staying.

I think he’s walking away from foxboro. He’ll be somewhere else next year. Probably a bad move but that’s what I think he’s going to do.

If the defense is truly top 5

It would be the perfect time to jettison

Reallocate, rebalance

just two funny things this weekend -

a "report" that the Patriots are willing to pay Brady $30m/yr quickly followed by another "report" that the Raiders are planning a full court press to sign him if he hits free agency.

If it wasn't so transparent it would be funny.

All I know is when it turned out that twitter pic was for the superbowl ad, I just wanted to flip him the bird.
