There may or may not be better sleepers out there than Gordon, who was used as an example as he seems the most obvious Sleeper "It-boy." Miles Austin was once elite, is thought of as injury prone, and despite all of his glaring blemishes, performs well above his current ADP, and he will most likely put up better numbers than Gordon. That said, Gordon has more talent than any of the WRs ranking in that sub-25 tier, despite having every odd stacked against him.
In general, The AFC North and the NFC West might not be the best place to look for sleepers, given what we know about those defenses over the past few seasons, including (but not limited to ) not knowing how well the newly acquired players and recent departures will effect their respective teams(+/-). You might be better off poking-around in the NFC East or NFC South for sleepers, as there are both undeniably better QBs and lousy DEFs in both of those divisons.
The Browns play the Steelers Week 17, but the Browns don't play Dallas this season to pad their stats, so that point is a wash.
Did I leave anything out?
I'll bet you 1500 sands Gordon finishes with better numbers than Austin.
If you want to make a topic in the Wager forum to set it in stone, I'll gladly accept.
