Tell me how you can have Verizon as yourcell service and have been using the SMS for 5+ yrs then it stops working roughly April21,2022. Just stops for no reason. Then I decide to experiment. I go and buy a new phone and get TracFone as a carrier May 8,2022. Well that doesnt work either. everything was setup correctly except for the issue of getting the new phone validated because there was something wrong with MFL I'd enter the info and would never get the validation number, so I had to send a ticket in and they took care of it. Why is always you get sent mostly a form letter and the blame goes to the cell service. They are blocking the SMS they sent out. 2 different cell services and its both their faults for it happening. I find it hard to believe, Like MFL couldnt have made a mistake or the league I'm in has a flaw Leaguesafe. If its that just admit it and fix the issue so i can use the SMS notifications and get a text for league info. So if I buy a 3rd Phone and 3 rd cell service and tht doesnt work. So then what am I going to be told the same thing. Buying 3 different services and none working thats not the cell service. What am I just randomly picked to not have my messages sent from the cell service? Its ridiculous. been dealing with this for 3+ weeks . I had a tech from verizon wanting to have a conference call with MFL and myself to get this issue fixed, but theres no number for MFL. I really like MFL , but this is just really bothering me to get so many excuses, my league mates I asked and they have no issues with their SMS. So why is it just my account, when it was working fine 3weeks ago. Any info would greatly be appreciated.

Text messages have worked fine for me and my league mates for nearly a decade

Also no one from MFL monitors these forums so any request will have to go through support

There is no number to contact, they have like 2-3 people that run the site.

I’d say if they currently have over 1,000,000 users and 1 person isnt getting text but the other 999,999 are , they probably assume it’s not on their end

There is really nothing to the coding to send texts from a website , only a handful of ways to do it and if it’s a working method for 99.99% I doubt they would alter it for the .01%

I just dont understand how it could work for 5 yrs for me then just stop. I sent support tickets and it was blamed on the Verizon cell service. Why after 5 yrs would Verizon just block my messages. makes no sense. Then as a test I went purchased another phone and TracFone cell Service set it all up. Again I'm not receiving any SMS. thats just very strange. 2 Cell Phone services are blocking my messages. I don't believe that at all. It is possible MFL who I really like their ssetup,but this fiasco is ridiculous. I just basically said the exact same thing as in my 1st statement, but something can be done. If I go out & buy another phone & cell service T-Mobile or At&T and that doesnt work ,then they say the same thing ,there's no denying either MFL or Safeleagues has entered something wrong. There is a test that the LM can perform ,to see if everything was entered fine by him, but he totally ignored my first email about the problem and I included a copy of the 6 methods to fix the issue that MFL has in the help section. I'm just at a loss of what to do. Why is it only my account in the 4 leagues I'm in. Something is not right & I just don't know what to do. I even had a Verizon Tech willing to have a conference call with myself,him & MFL. I'm just repeating myself.

I know the code for text hasn’t changed in years and years so nothing in the text setup has altered. I do html page saves of all the MFL pages after each season so if any of my scripts break I can locate any changes.

Only thing I can think of is seeing if text work through your name/account in another phone line. If so then if they work on another phone line in your account with same carrier , if so then if it works using same phone type under your account.

If texts work using another number , another number same carrier , another number same phone model, then it must be on your phone

My Carrier that I used for 5+ yrs was Verizon & the cell phone was Motorola. Unfortunately I cant get the same phone model , I bought that phone in 2019 So now its not available anymore.
So I then purchased another cell phone which is Samsung (it has a new number ) & Cellular Service TracFone. I forgot to mention when I was trying to set up the new phone for validation my account wouldnt send me the validation code & everything was filled out the correct way. So I then sent in a ticket in which is a different process because Leaguesafe is a Corporate account which is what MFL told me. Those tickets to be submitted, you have to only go to the MFL webpage & not sign in, just send your problem through the if you have a question box on the opening webpage, that I wasnt receiving the validation code and that I had entered all the information in all 4 of my leagues & none of them would send the validation code. So MFL just put it through without sending me any codes . I wasnt allowed to do it myself. To me that incident tells me that there is a problem with mobile setup on my account. They can easily just program it in so it says my cell phone has been validated & its really not.Then they use their famous words, once it leaves our site we aren't responsible for the text message getting to your cell phone, which is crazy. Why wasn't the MFL operating system sending me the cell phone validation code ? When I was trying to set up my 4 leagues. Thats a problem . The new phone, TracFone I talked to 3 different tech support people & they say there is no issues with my phone they ran a system check on my new phone and said it is working fine for texts. I was told the same by Verizon that everything worked. so as I said The SMS doesnt work with this new carrier and new phone also. For that to happen also is just ridiculous. I'm not being singled out by all the Cellular services and they're all making sure that my service doesnt work for their SMS/text service. I know its a problem with MFL, I have had issues a few yrs ago , but they had no problem fixing it & it was just a glitch. I've been a loyal user of the Fantasy platform service for 6 yrs. Do I tell them Its an issue on their end with their operating system. I was thinking I can buy a new Sim card for my original phone and transfer all the info then I can go into my MFL account and use the 2nd cell phone feature ,because you can use to cell phones and enter everything & see if I can get the validation code & enter it myself. then see if the phone receives SMS, maybe there is an issue with the Sim card,but there still the issue of the new Samsung phone and TracFone service not working either. I just know that it is 100% MFL's fault that the SMS service isnt working.I can't figure out why they just don't fix the problem instead of ignoring it . I get text messages from friends , also from pharmacies saying that my prescriptions are ready. So for it to work everywhere else and not at MFL doesnt really give validation to MFL saying its the Cellular providers fault.

Thanks for the suggestions. Im going to try a new Sim card and then put it in my Phone I was using since 2019 & then enter the number in the 2nd cell phone box in my MFL account and see what happens with that. Maybe its the Sim card I dont know. Thanks again and Ill try your other suggestions also.

I feel the pain...
I've been fighting this issue for some time now..

I've opened cases with MFL and like most things got zero help aside blaming it on my carrier.. I spoke to my carrier numerous times with them confirming each time there are no blocks on their end..
and after talking with many others (with different carriers) who have the same issue the frustration is real!
the crazy thing is I'm in a number of MFL Dynasty Leagues.. over time the mobile text option worked like a champ.. in all of them.. now it currently seems to be working in 8 of my 17 MFL Leagues.. I've gone through the settings backwards and forwards multiple times I am still unable to find an answer..
